Language
On our website, in emails and on invoices, English is used as the language of communication. This choice has been made to ensure that the webshop is accessible to customers all over the world and to create a more manageable shopping experience.
As a Danish registered company, we are subject to Danish legislation regarding online commerce. This ensures that our practices comply with the applicable rules and standards for online commerce in Denmark.
Order
To acquire free digital products from www.engelundfotos.com, please complete an order via the following procedure:
- Add to Cart: Place the desired product in your shopping cart.
- Review Cart: Click on “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT” to confirm the selected items in your cart.
- Billing Information: At the checkout, please enter correct billing information, including your first name, last name, address, email address and phone number.
- Order Approval: After entering the required information, click on “PLACE ORDER”.
- Download: After approval, you will be directed to a page from which you can download your ordered product. This process replaces a traditional payment gateway, as there is no payment involved.
- Confirmation Email: You will also receive an email containing a link to your order as well as an attached invoice as documentation of your order.
Prices
All prices for digital products are free. We reserve the right to make corrections and unavailability of products.
Receipt of receipt of order and order confirmation
When you have ordered an item from us, you will receive a receipt for our receipt of your order. However, a binding purchase agreement has only been concluded when you have received an order confirmation from us.
Payment
The payment for the free digital products on engelundfotos.com is made through advertisements on the site. In addition, you have the option to support us with a donation via Buy Me Coffee and PayPal.

After approval of the order you will be directed to a page with a link from which you can download your product and you will receive your order confirmation by e-mail, which also contains the link from which you can download your product. You can download the image or e-book unlimitedly as long as the file is available on the website.
Watermarking of digital products
Digital watermarking is a way to protect copyrighted material. When you download the free digital images and e-books download through engelundfotos.dk, the files are stamped with a digital watermark. The watermark consists of information in the file, containing your order number. The watermark does not affect the file format and does not make it difficult to download or use the files. The watermark documents that the files you download belong to you. All copying, except for your private use, and further unlawful distribution is prohibited. You are responsible for not spreading the files to other users and for taking a backup copy for your own use. If your files go astray, and for example end up on a file sharing site, we can use a decoder to find your order number. The watermark continues even if the file is transferred from one device to another. You should also be aware that you are only purchasing the right to use for personal use.
Return and cancellation policy
There is no right of withdrawal for free images and e-books for download. When it comes to free digital products, there is no right of return or cancellation for free images and e-books for download. Complaints
Your free digital download is covered by the Danish Sales Act. This means that you can either have a defective product repaired or exchanged, depending on the specific situation. It is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other harmful behavior.
You must contact us within a “reasonable time”
You must complain within a “reasonable time” after you have discovered the defect in the product. We recommend that you complain as soon as possible. You can complain by contacting us via email at info@engelundfotos.com.

Rights/Copyrights

You agree not to attempt, encourage or assist others to circumvent any security technology or software or to interfere with, remove or alter any rights management information on the purchased products. Actions in violation of the above rights may result in legal prosecution.
System Requirements
Use of e-books requires that the user has equipment with internet access and possibly special software, which may incur special costs for the user. Use may require that you update or upgrade software and hardware from time to time. You acknowledge and agree that such system requirements, which may change from time to time, are your own responsibility. It is the customer’s own responsibility to purchase an internet or data subscription to enable streaming of digital content.

The above data will be stored with information about which items you have purchased for a minimum of 5 years from the end of the relevant financial year. The information is stored, cf. Section 10 of the Danish Accounting Act. If you have created a login to be able to perform self-service with us, your personal information and order information will not be deleted unless you ask us to do so. Information will not be disclosed or sold to third parties, unless this occurs in connection with a restructuring or a full or partial sale of the company. Any disclosure in such a situation will be in accordance with the personal data legislation in force at any time. As a customer, you have the opportunity to gain insight into our registration of data about you, and you can object to a registration in accordance with the rules regarding this in the Act on the Processing of Personal Data and inquiries in this regard should be directed to Engelund Fotos via e-mail info@engelundfotos.com.

A complaint about a product or service purchased from us can be submitted to the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority’s Center for Complaints Resolution, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, DK-2500 Valby. You can complain to the Center for Complaints Resolution via www.forbrug.dk.
The EU Commission’s online complaint portal can also be used to submit a complaint. This is particularly relevant if you are a consumer residing in another EU country.
