Our website contains cookies from some of the most frequent third parties. (For more information on online safety, visit the Danish site www.online-tryghed.dk. Unfortunately, I haven’t found an equivalent resource in English.)

Personal data

When you access our website, your personal data is registered. Personal data is information that can be traced back to you. This information may be used in connection with newsletters, competitions, surveys, etc.

We must save all accounting documents, cf. the Danish Accounting Act. This means that we save invoices and similar documents for accounting purposes. These may include general personal information such as name, address, service description.

Our legal basis for processing personal data for accounting purposes is Article 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation.

We store this information for a minimum of 5 years after the end of the current financial year.

Purpose of storing information

This information is used to identify you as a user so that the advertisements you may see are as relevant as possible. Furthermore, the information is used to register purchases and payments, and to ensure that the services you request are delivered correctly – this can be, for example, newsletters, notifications, etc.

Security measures

Technical and organizational measures have been taken to ensure that the information we may possess is not deleted, published, manipulated, degraded or misused in violation of the law.

Timeframe for data retention

The data is stored for the period permitted by law. It is deleted when it is no longer necessary to store it. The storage period depends on the data and the reason for storage – therefore it is not possible to specify the general length of the period.

Disclosure of information to third parties

The information that is known is disclosed to a number of third parties. These third parties process information on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes. As previously mentioned, personal information such as name, email, address, etc. will only be disclosed if consent has been given to this.

Our data processors consist exclusively of companies in the EU or in countries that have requirements for adequate protection of your information.

Access to information and complaints

You always have the right to be informed of the exact personal data we process about you. In addition, you can at any time object to the use of the information. Furthermore, you can revoke your consent to the processing of information about you. If information that may be processed is incorrect, you have the right to have it deleted or corrected.
